I would highly recommend Cheryl Cockrell and her crew if you are thinking of having an estate sale. Cheryl was referred to us through some local antique dealers, and I found out she was an old friend I hadn't seen for years. She took all of the stress out of it for us, she got in the house, sorted out everything and arranged it in a very appealing way. From the start, she took advantage of all her contacts through email and other resources and starting selling right away. Believe me, this lady can sell anything. She even sold the rocks out of our rock garden!
If you are hesitant to hire anyone, let me set your mind at ease.. Cheryl is wonderful to work with, and a real joy. She sold almost twice the amount she projected.. If you want to contact me personally, please do so.. I cannot praise Cheryl enough.
